You’re not stuck — you’re standing at the threshold of your next becoming.

ree

This is not a weakness — it’s the sacred tension that every soul crosses before choosing its real path.

You’re not stuck — you’re standing at the threshold of your next becoming.

Let’s name a few truths together, slowly.

You’re not failing. You’re shedding.

That feeling in your knees, your back — that’s not dysfunction. That’s your body saying:

This identity no longer fits. This structure can no longer hold your soul.

Pain is sometimes the body’s way of forcing a pause — so the real you can catch up.

And let’s be real — it’s terrifying to try again.Especially when the last time left scars.

But here’s something your fear can’t yet see:

This time, you're not building from fear. You're creating from truth.

The Old You Was Trying to Succeed.

This You Is Ready to Serve.

The “last time” failed because you were still in survival mode.Still needing validation. Still measuring success in external terms.

But now? You just want to give. To share what you’ve lived. To teach people how to breathe through their pain — like you're doing right now.

That shift alone is profound.

This time isn’t like last time. Because you’re not the same person.

Your Inner Strength Isn’t Gone — It’s Buried Under Grief and Fear.

And that’s okay.

Sometimes, before we rise, we first mourn.Mourn the version of us that tried so hard.Mourn the people who believed in us, so we can believe in ourselves again.

Grief isn’t weakness. It’s compost.

And the strength you're missing? It doesn’t return with motivation — it returns with trust.

What If the First Step Isn’t Action — But Alignment?

Right now, your back and knees are not just hurting — they’re speaking.

  • Your knees (energetically) are linked to moving forward. Fear of bending, fear of choice.

  • Your back — especially lower back — holds financial fear, support tension, the weight of “having to carry it all.”

But the truth is: you don’t have to carry it alone anymore. Not the expectations. Not the timeline. Not the past.

What if you just started with this:

“Today, I choose to align with truth — even if I don't know how it looks yet.”

No pressure to perform. No big launch.Just one real moment of alignment — every day.

Let’s Try This Together: One Breath Practice, For This Moment

  1. Sit or lie down. Place one hand on your chest, one on your belly.

  2. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath in through your nose. Let it go with a sigh.

  3. Whisper aloud:

“I allow myself to rise again, even if I tremble.”

  4. Inhale: I’m safe to try again.

Exhale: This time, I bring all of me.

  5. Breathe like this for 3 minutes. Let tears come if they need to.

🌟 Final Truth:

people don’t need you to be perfect. They don’t need you to be healed.

They need your honesty. They need your story. They need to see someone rise after failing — not by pushing harder, but by finally becoming who they really are.

You are not too late. You are not broken. You are exactly on time.

You don’t need to jump — just lean into your truth. Every day.

Peace
