What is Swara Yoga?

Pranic Reset is a 5-day guided experience rooted in Vedic wisdom, the science of pranayama, and ancient energetic principles. This journey helps you release stagnant energy, expand your aura, and reconnect with the deeper intelligence of your subtle body.

You will explore how prana moves through your system, understand the layers of your energetic field, and learn how imbalance, stress, or emotional residue affects your aura and intuitive clarity.


Through traditional pranayama, mindful awareness, and guided energetic practices, you will strengthen your inner pranic reserve and expand your natural energetic field.

Alongside this, you will be introduced to the foundational principles behind every clair ability—

Clairvoyance (inner seeing),
Clairsentience (inner feeling),
Clairaudience (inner hearing),
Claircognizance (inner knowing).

 

You will learn how these abilities work, how to recognise your natural strengths, and how to cultivate them through breath, presence, and energetic sensitivity.

This course is your opportunity to begin the year with renewed clarity, a stronger field of protection, and a deeper connection to your intuitive self.
No experience is needed—only an open heart and the desire to understand yourself beyond the physical.

Most people understand Pranayama (breath control), but few know Swara Yoga—the science of the "Sound of the Breath."

Take Back Control of Your Biology Modern science identifies the Nasal Cycle (Ultradian Rhythm) as the body's internal switch between the Sympathetic (Fight or Flight) and Parasympathetic (Rest and Digest) nervous systems.

  • Right Nostril (Pingala): Activates logic, heat, and physical stamina.

  • Left Nostril (Ida): Activates creativity, cooling, and intuition.

In this intensive, you will learn to "manual override" these rhythms. Whether you need to switch on deep focus for work or trigger instant relaxation for sleep, Swara Yoga provides the tools to command your state of being.

The Bridge to Kundalini

Why your practice needs this foundation: Many practitioners try to awaken Kundalini without first preparing the "vessel." Without balanced Nadis (energy channels), higher energy can cause emotional or physical volatility.

Swara Yoga is the essential prerequisite. We focus on opening the Sushumna Nadi (the central channel). By balancing the Solar and Lunar flows, we create a clear, safe "highway" for energy to rise. Kundalini doesn't work without this balance—we prepare with Swara.
