Most are familiar with the mechanical act of breathing, but few understand the Swara—the rhythmic flow of Prana that governs our physical state, mental clarity, and spiritual evolution. Based on the ancient wisdom of the Shiva Swarodaya and Patanjali Yoga Sutra, this practice is the study of the breath in relation to the lunar and solar tides. It is the science of knowing which nostril is dominant and how that dominance dictates your success, your health, and your peace of mind.

The Struggle

It is easy to find "peace" on a mountain top or at a 10-day retreat. But the real challenge—and the real goal of Swara Yoga—is to find that stillness in the middle of a hectic commute, a stressful meeting, or a chaotic household.

  • Physical Pain: Chronic tension in the jaw, neck, or lower back that no amount of stretching fixes.

My aim is to bring the retreat to you. You don't need to leave your life to find peace; you need to change the atmosphere around you by mastering the atmosphere within you. By aligning your internal Swara with the cosmic rhythm, you transform your daily environment into a sanctuary.

Emotional traumas and daily stresses do not just disappear; they lodge themselves in the subtle tissues of the body. They manifest as "unexplained" pains and life-patterns that keep repeating.

Through the lens of Esoteric Vedic knowledge and the practice of Swara Yoga, we learn to:

  1. Identify where emotions are trapped in the Nadi system.

  2. Shift the breath to move from a state of "fight or flight" to "rest and heal" in seconds.

  3. Build Ojas to create a protective energetic buffer against the chaos of modern life.
