Cancellation Policy

Boundless Alchemy | Guest Booking Policy 1. Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that life (and the "alchemy" of daily schedules) can be unpredictable. Guest Rescheduling: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to move our recording time. This allows us to adjust our production schedule. Producer Rescheduling: In the rare event that Sandy Chana needs to reschedule due to technical or personal reasons, you will be notified immediately and given priority for a new date. 2. The "Buffer" Requirement To ensure the highest quality conversation, we ask that you arrive in the digital studio 5 minutes prior to our start time. This allows us to do a quick mic check and "settle into the space" before we hit record. 3. Technical Standards To maintain the professional quality of Boundless Alchemy, guests are required to: Use headphones/earbuds (to prevent audio echo). Record in a quiet, indoor environment. If a guest’s connection or audio quality is insufficient for broadcast, we reserve the right to stop the session and reschedule once the technical issues are resolved. 4. Topic & Agreement Completion Your Guest & Topic Agreement Form must be submitted at least 24 hours before the recording. If the form is not received, the session may be postponed, as Sandy requires this information to prepare a high-quality interview for you. 5. No-Show Policy Time is our most valuable resource. If a guest does not show up within 15 minutes of the start time without prior notice, the session will be canceled and may not be eligible for rescheduling.
